Welcome to our parents' corner
Our Policy
Before we assume responsibility of caring for your child, we MUST have the following:
• Signed parent agreement to handbook policies
• Signed financial admission agreement
• All CA licensing admission agreement
• 1st week tuition and deposit and registration fee
• Photo release form
• Copy of current and complete immunization records
• Assessment of family needs survey
• Physicians health clearance must be filled and returned within one month of enrollment date
***Please note: all forms must be updated annually***
There will be a parent interview with the Center Director at the time of registration to discuss policies, ask questions and learn more about the child(ren) for best possible placement and a successful match for both parties.
Official enrollment is effective upon the receipt of payment for the first week of care, deposit fee, registration fee and signed admission contracts. Otherwise, do not assume your child has a saved spot at Little Elms.
All required forms must be fully submitted along with your child(runs) most current immunization records before entering care. There is a one-week trial period and either party can cancel without notice if it is evident that the program and child(ren) are not a good fit.
Returning registration paperwork and fee for the next annual school year will be due in August.

About our Payment Schedule
Financial Policy, Obligations and Agreements

Tuition is due on the 1st of the week or on the Friday before.

Tuition is due before care is to be rendered.

There is a $25/day late fee that is added for every day tuition is not paid on time.

There is a $5 late fee for every 5 minutes you are late picking up.

If fees remain unpaid your child cannot attend. Your spot will be considered open and we will start looking to fill.

Paying for a spot in our program is not per hour or day so there are no discounts if your child doesn’t attend.
***All payments are due by 5:30pm the Friday prior to childcare being rendered. After 6:00pm a late fee will be assessed ($25/day). If no payment is made within 3 days your child will not be accepted into care until the payment and all late fees are made. After a week of non-payment your contract will be terminated, the position filled, and the collection process will begin.***
Deposit Fees
The deposit fee is required for all families and will be the amount of one week of fees payable for care and is due during registration. The deposit will be refunded towards the last week of care provided you give 2 weeks written notice and don’t have any outstanding fees.
Registration Fees
At the time of registration, a $100/per child non-refundable registration fee is due. A non-refundable returning registration fee of $35/per child is due in August for the next contract year.
